What DoIAppear does

DoIAppear measures whether AI assistants — ChatGPT, Claude, and Google AI — recommend a real estate agent to home sellers. The free scan asks those assistants a dozen real home-seller questions localized to your city, then reports which agents get named and how often, including your AI Visibility Score. We don't sell rankings — we measure them.

For agents who score low, the AI Visibility Hub ($79/mo) rebuilds their presence in the form AI assistants actually read. What we put in writing is appearing — the thing we can measure — never leads, and never a ranking. Nobody controls what an AI answers, and we won't pretend to.

Who runs it

Oleg Poskotin, founder. Oleg builds and operates DoIAppear, and runs the weekly question tracking behind it — asking ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude the questions home sellers ask, and recording which agents actually get named, market by market. Before this he built an Amazon e-commerce business from scratch, and he co-runs a real-estate acquisitions company — so he sees how sellers pick agents from the buying side, every day.

How the scan works

Scores and leaderboards are measured by PropCite, the neutral directory from the same team. PropCite sells nothing and takes no money to move a ranking; its methodology is public and versioned: read the methodology. Results reflect live AI responses at scan time; answers in personal AI apps may vary.
